NEW COMMUNITY COVENANT CHURCH is a fast growing, young, multi-ethnic congregation located in Chicago, IL. The Associate Pastor of Ministry Development will provide focused pastoral leadership for the New Community Covenant Church’s ministries as well as Leadership Development. This position is one of overseeing the membership process, shepherding and training ministry team leaders, providing pastoral care, and bringing more effective organizational structure and holistic approach towards the larger vision of the church. A candidate with spiritual gifts in the area of leadership, administration, and pastoral care would be best suited for this position. Black and Latino candidates preferred.
