Part-time Youth Pastor – Bethany E.C. Church of Lehighton, PA is seeking a part-time (16-20 hours per week) youth pastor to help us expand our ever-growing youth program. Bethany Church is committed to fostering an open environment where youth of all ages are encouraged to know Jesus Christ personally, Biblically and express their faith in ways that are compassionate, thoughtful and just. Good leadership, relational, organizational and communication skills are required. A qualified candidate needs to possess a committed Christian faith, a burden for the lost, a love for youth and a highly developed sense of fun. Applicants should also be striving towards higher formal training in God’s Word. Base salary will be about $7,000 / Year. Flexible hours and times are available.

Responsibilities will include:
1. Organization and implementation of our current youth program
2. Develop and recruit youth ministry leaders
3. Outreach and evangelism to youth and their families.
4. Coordination with the pastor and The Official Board.
5. Preaching Quarterly for the Pastor
