Job Description:
Historic Calvary Baptist Church in New York City is seeking an exceptional candidate, to fill the position of Executive Administrator. This is a full time position and the compensation will include salary and benefits.
The candidate must have a BA degree or higher. Three to five years of work experience in a leadership or managerial role is required. The candidate must have demonstrated leadership and advanced administrative skills, including, but not limited to, strong executive management, organizational, and administrative skills in a teamwork-based environment, requiring minimum supervision on multiple projects/tasks, coaching and empowering staff, and an ability to engage in decision-making with the larger institutional objectives in mind. Demonstrated capability for problem solving, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment is required.
