Tucson True Light Church (투산 참빛 교회, a Korean community church) is seeking a full-time English Ministry (EM) and Youth pastor. As an EM & Youth Pastor, you will minister to the needs of teens and young adults (including the college-aged) whose primary language is English. Tucson True Light Church is a vibrant and energetic Southern Baptist congregation with approximately 250 members in Tucson, Arizona.Qualifications:
1. Must have a mature & deep commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, exhibit a lifestyle in accordance with Christian values, and evidence of a call, passion and enthusiasm for the youth.
2. A Master of Divinity Degree from a conservative seminary is required. Previous experience coordinating youth program is preferred.
3. Bilingual (English & Korean) would be preferred. However, Korean is not a requirement.
4. Must be either a permanent resident or U.S. citizen.
Salary range:$40,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.
