Do you have gifts in evangelism, a passion for people and a heart for God? Bethel Christian Center seeks a talented, energetic associate pastor for outreach for its charismatic church. Responsibilities include training, developing and implementing evangelistic strategies. Oversee all aspects of outreach and evangelism, develop an evangelist committee. Follow-up and home visits. Planning and leading some Sunday worship services. Coordinate outreach activities and assist Senior Pastor with administrative functions. Successful candidates will possess 2 to 3 years experience in outreach or evangelism. Able to communicate, train and equip others, and be a team player. Computer literate and administrative capabilities are helpful. Have a heart for evangelism, and be a born again believer in Jesus Christ, and living a life worthy of the calling of pastor.
