Job Description:
Independent Evangelical Church located in the scenic hills of NW NJ seeks a dynamic Minister of Worship & Music to lead a growing 700+ member church in worship. The successful candidate will sense a call to expand, direct and support the church’s praise bands, choirs, instrumental groups, and special music ministries. This staff member will maintain a blend of traditional, classical, and contemporary music.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in the music field, piano skills, five years experience in a Christian ministry, significant formal Biblical training, or studies directed towards a ministry degree. Candidate should have the ability to encourage both musical and spiritual growth within the congregation.
