POSITION SUMMARY
Work in planning, implementation and oversight of the Spiritual Growth and Development ministries for children (preschool to 5th grade) in accordance with the vision of Westminster and the partnership of the Children’s Spiritual Growth and Development Ministry Team. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Develop and equip ministry leaders for Spiritual Growth and Development ministries with children through recruitment, screening, training and supervision.
• Develop, coordinate and implement ministries of Spiritual Growth and Development for children from preschool through 5th grade.
• Supervise and direct the planning and implementation of Vacation Bible School.
• Oversee the selection and ordering of curricula and supplies for pre-school through 5th grade for children’s programs including Sunday morning, Sunday evening and midweek.
• Coordinate seasonal activities (such as: Advent, Lent, and Easter) for children with Spiritual Growth and Development Ministry Team.
