We are a small independent Baptist chuch in Spokane Washington. I'm a ordained Southern Baptist pastor. I have started this ministry/church four months ago. We are a non-traditonal Baptist church. I have been wearing many hats. My calling is a senior pastor not a worship leader. I'm praying that God will send me a man that has a heart for worship...to lead God's children in worship..in the spirit and truth. I need someone to take over the worship service...this will be their main duty. As our relationship developes it could lead to more duties. Since, I have no deacons or assistant pastors...I'm in need of assistance. The money is slim here since the church is centrally located in a poor and rough neiborhood. But, we can still by God's provision, pay a part time salary. I work as a bi-vocational pastor putting my own money in this church.
