The Decatur First Church of the Nazarene is seeking an energetic, highly skilled individual who will lead us in areas of music and worship for our growing congregation of 550 +.

• A genuine and contagious love for Jesus.
• Organizational and team building skills are essential.
• Musical experience in both the traditional and contemporary mode
• Experience in leading and developing choirs, ensembles, praise teams,
and instrumentalists.
• Ability to lead a creative worship team.
• Strong musical experience and talent
• Keyboard and /or other musical instruments experience
• Advance planning skills
