Description: Lead the congregation toward full participation in the Gospel. Accompany choir during rehearsals and services.
Rehearse with and accompany soloists as needed.

Skills/Requirements:
- Broad knowledge of music.
- Experience as a church organist.
- Ability to play a variety of musical styles.
- Strong sight-reading.
- Commitment to flexibility and communication.
- Good people skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in music preferred.
- Willingness to work cooperatively with the pastor and choir director.
Compensation: Commensurate with ability and experience.
