JOB SUMMARY
The Worship Leader is responsible for an excellent high-impact worship experience at Coral Baptist, the Church by the Glades. This position requires an individual to possess exceptional vocal talent and a deep understanding of music and its relationship to worship. The ability to play a musical instrument is required.
Each week this person must display the ability to lead audiences in worship by commanding their attention and leading them into a meaningful worship experience. The worship leader will work in tandem with other worship staff to constantly evaluate, refine, and create a worship program characterized by creativity, unity, and sensitivity to the style and flavor of the worship environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities may include but not be limited to the following items:
„X Provide excellent on-stage talent that appropriately creates the desired worship environment. This requires the worship leader to possess exceptional skills as a public speaker, vocalist, and potentially as an instrumentalist.
„X Display the flexibility to work with the Executive Team and the Worship Staff in defining and implementing an effective organizational structure for a growing worship ministry.
„X Assist other ministries with worship, creative, and/or musical requests.
„X Perform any and all duties assigned by supervisor or Executive Team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
„X High School Diploma or above
„X Exceptional Musical Talent
o Solo quality vocalist
o Read music
o Instrumentalist
„X At least 3 years on-stage primary worship leader experience
„X Above average on-stage communication skills
„X Ability to creatively plan and implement worship services
„X Display natural leadership skills
