Job Description:
A small but growing church in central New Jersey needs a music director to work with two worship services, one contemporary and one traditional.
The music director will be responsible for recruiting and developing groups/individuals to serve in the music program, selecting music, rehearsing and maintaining a traditional choir, rehearsing a contemporary praise team, leading praise during worship, and potentially working with children and youth music.
Qualifications may include: ability to accompany with piano and organ, other instrumental ability, praise leadership experience, choral directing experience, the ability to integrate traditional and contemporary music styles.
A personal commitment to Christ and His ministry is required.
Part time 15 hours per week, salary range $10K-$15k depending on qualifications.
