Calvary Worship Center, a non-denominational church in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with an average weekly attendance of 800 adults, 200 children, is seeking a full-time Children’s Ministry Director. Calvary Worship Center is a Christian fellowship where we gather for the purpose of knowing and glorifying Jesus Christ. We desire to see all people committed to live as His followers. As the church is growing, our vision is growing. Consequently, we are a fellowship in the process of constant development by God.We are seeking a godly, passionate, and committed candidate to serve our congregation in providing leadership and vision to the Children’s Ministry program development and equipping children to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ, by providing an environment that embraces worship, evangelism, and spiritual maturity.
QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven ability to motivate, encourage and mentor staff
· Ability to multitask several projects at one time
· Visionary
· Team player with the ability to work independently
. Calvary Chapel work experience preferable, but not required.
