Rocky Bayou Baptist is an elder-led, growing, doctrinally conservative, Southern Baptist church located on Florida's Emerald Coast. We are looking for an energetic, creative individual to develop and lead our children and young families’ ministry. This new, full-time ministerial pastoral position requires a leader who is called, committed, and qualified to working with children, young families, and other adult leaders. Responsible for leading the ministry that reaches and develops children ages birth through sixth grade, this individual must be able to effectively recruit and train volunteers, and choose, develop & integrate dynamic educational programming into the body.
