PURPOSE: To support the vision of our church, which is a new church plant, through the worship experience at each individual service. To equip and shepherd our musicians and worship arts leaders, and with the pastor, to guide and support the worship planning process.

The Director of Worship Arts develops the ministries of music, drama and visual arts and incorporates these in the worship of the church so that the worship of the congregation is enhanced to the glory of God. This will include leading the contemporary worship band. This individual must have a demonstrated track record of leadership in music and ministry. It is a part time position, 32 hours/week. The position is supervised by the pastor.
