Job Description:
First Baptist Church in Durango, Colorado is seeking a worship pastor to coordinate and lead our music ministry. This position is full time. Our congregation is 350 strong. We have a strong family and youth emphasis though we are an established church. Our music ministry has many worship team members in need of leadership and creativity to provide a blended service for all age groups. In addition to Sunday services, this position requires leadership in outreach, chiors, and teaching. We are located in beautiful Durango, Colorado which is nestled in the San Juan Mountains in the southwest corner of the state. Salary is based on experience. $30-40K + $8k for health and retirement.
