The successful candidate will possess a compassionate Christian spirit and strong organizational and communication skills, including computer literacy. The candidate should be able to work comfortably with large groups while also providing pastoral care for individual teens, parents and families. Agreement and comfort with United Methodist teachings is essential, as well as an ability to nurture Christian disciples and share one’s personal faith. Seminary training and church ministry experience are preferred.
