This position creates and implements a strategic plan for developing the children’s program covering infants to 5th grade that is inclusive of all students and provides opportunity for Christian development. This person guides large group learning activities as well as strengthens small group experiences for children and leads the development of the Christian Education Program.

Desired applicants will have had significant experience directing programs of at least 200 children and have attained a BA in Administration or Education. Preferences include candidates who demonstrate significant experience in programs of greater than 200 children, have a Master's degree in the specified fields, have certification or licensure in CDA, and/or Christian School Administration credentials.
