"Becoming a Community…Reaching a Community With Christ’s Truth and Love" Broadneck Evangelical Presbyterian (BEP) Church, PCA, is seeking to hire a full-time, Director of Children's Ministries. We are seeking a man or woman with a passion for sharing Christ as LORD & Savior, and whose heart rejoices to see children walking in the truth (see 3 John 1:4). We desire someone with a 4-year college degree, preferably in education, with five or more years experience in:
Ø Children's ministry either in a church or para-church ministry OR
Elementary education with a strong volunteer background in children's ministry in a local church or para-church ministry
Ø Commitment to root children in the gospel of Jesus Christ, in God's Word, in a biblical world-view and in reformed, covenant theology
Ø Creativity and willingness to explore new emerging models for Christian Education
Ø Ability to lead, train, and team build Children's Ministry leaders, teachers and volunteers into a cohesive ministry team.
