Germantown Baptist Church is a Biblically conservative, family oriented, multi-cultural church with 27 nations represented. We seek a man who is committed to continuing the growth of our worship ministry. The candidate should have a strong vision and passion to take this ministry to the next level. We are a rapidly growing church located in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. where 90 percent of the people are un-churched. In regards to our worship ministry, the candidate will coordinate and plan music for our two Sunday morning worship services as well as our evening service. This staff member will be responsible for the adult, children, and youth choirs as well as ensembles, youth praise band, instrumentalists and others involved in the music ministry. The man God has for us will also need to be energetic, a self-starter, and gifted in administration and discipleship. The candidate will need to be relationship oriented, flexible, competent, and a team player with all paid staff and lay leaders in the church.
