This person will be a passionate worshipper who possesses the ability and personal vision for worship and spiritual formation in his/her own life and in the life of the church. This person will develop a vision for worship ministries working along side the Senior Pastor and Creative Planning Team, and will have good interpersonal relational skills. This person will be tasked with developing people involved in every level of worship ministries.

Therefore, this person will have strong leadership, team building, and music skills, and will demonstrate the ability to creatively lead contemporary worship through music, drama, and multimedia. Other beneficial strengths would include strong administrative abilities and a good working knowledge of current relevant technology.

Compensation for this full-time position will include salary and a full range of benefits and will be based on qualifications and personal experience.
