The Director of Worship Arts develops the ministries of music, drama and visual arts and incorporates these in the worship of the church so that the worship of the congregation is enhanced to the glory of God. This will include leading the contemporary worship band. This individual must have a demonstrated track record of leadership in music and ministry. A college degree is required, and seminary training is desirable. It is a part time position, 20 hours/week. The position is supervised by the pastor.
