Pastor of Worship Arts is responsible for assisting the church in planning, conducting, and evaluating a comprehensive Music and Drama Ministry.
Specific List of Responsibilities1. Supervise whole church worship ministry including planning and leading of music and drama ministries.
2. Develop a drama ministry involving adults, teens, and children with skits as well as major productions on a regular basis.
3. Plan and execute corporate outreach events that would attract community wide interest and enthusiastic participation.
4. Produce major musical productions.
5. Coordinate and produce concert series having a variety of outside artists with a variety of styles.
6. Incorporate new technology into winning, building, and equipping events that will focus and enhance the message.
7. Supervise and Coordinate children’s music and drama ministries.
