Hill Country Bible Church has a vision...that every man, woman, and child in Greater Austin has the chance to experience the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ because they hear the gospel from the lips of someone at a Hill Country Bible Church.

What began as one church of seventeen believers has grown into a movement of thousands of disciples engaged in four vibrant churches.

In pursuit of our vision, we have established a Church Plant Training Center to prepare Senior Pastors for planting strategically located churches throughout Greater Austin. We are looking for men with an interest in participating in our one-year paid residency program and who possess a strong desire to plant a Hill Country Bible Church in the Greater Austin area. These residents will receive training in a wide range of areas proven to be critical to successful church planting. Upon completion of the residency, the church planter will begin building a launch team for the chosen area.
